- Beef Fajita “Bowls” – skirt steak, peppers and onions, pico de gallo, lettuce and rice come together to make a wholesome meal and it’s so yummy!

Remember we still have a few spots available on the Thanksgiving Turkey preorder. You can sign up for those in the Google doc previously sent and also linked on our Facebook page, or through the market website.

Thanksgiving Turkey Pre-Order
THANKSGIVING PLANNING
It’s hard to believe, but Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and we want to help you with your “Thanksgiving To Do List”.
Brassell’s Sprouts grower, Circle H Homestead, is taking pre-orders for smoked turkey.
These turkeys will be brined, injected, seasoned and smoked to perfection and brought to you freshly cooked and refrigerated for you to reheat for your Holiday meal.
All for just $6 per pound, or roughly $72 for a 12 pound turkey.
There will be two pick up date options:
Nov 11 and Nov 21.
You will be able to pick up your turkey at the market pick up from 6-6:30 at the Tiger Mart in Whitney and 7:15-8 at the Courthouse square in Hillsboro.
