Wife, mom, gardener, food enthusiast, child of God! Cooking is my passion, eating is my profession! I’m all about food and am excited to bring that to your tables. I strive to offer affordable and wholesome foods. I choose the ingredients that have proven to provide the quality of food I want my kids to eat, that I want to eat. And I make as many ingredients directly rather than buying canned and processed items; for example, I roast or boil chicken to be used in the recipes, I directly debone the chicken and clean it up in a hands on way, I home-make all chicken and vegetable broth, render out my own fats (tallow and schmaltz), use home-made sauces and home-canned tomatoes as often as possible. This ensures you are getting quality food. Catering, family style and small scale like holiday gatherings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, etc is also available.
